We regret to inform you of the price increase for courier delivery charges effective September, 2007, due to rising petroleum prices. These charges have been imposed by the courier companies we use , however, we are working towards stablelizing these rates. Thanks you for your understanding.

For all orders received prior to 12:00 noon PST, every effort will be made to ship them out the same day. All others will be shipped out the next business day. Please allow approximately:
5-7 business days to East Coast
3-5 business days to Mid West 1 business day within the Bay Area
1-3 business days to West Coast 2 business days to Southern California
We usually ship Ground UPS unless otherwise specified and offer you the best rate whenever possible. For Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, Hawaii and Alaska we also use UPS. We charge you exactly what UPS charges us, the cost of the box and packing materials and nothing more and this appears as the surcharge amount at check-out. Free shipping does not exist - you may believe it if you wish, but there is no way around it. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number for your information.
Please call us at (415) 551-7720 for additional shipping charges on overnight, 2-day, 3-day, Hawaii and Alaska. We do offer these options, however we have not found a software package that would allow us to offer these choices on-line.
INCORRECT RECIPIENT ADDRESS:
Please make certain that addresses given are complete and correct--that includes apartment, condo, or suite number if applicable. If there is a mistake or omission in shipping information provided, there may be an additional fee from UPS that will be charged to the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be contacted and an additional $15 handling fee will be charged to your account to re-process the order.

Can I use my own shipping number?
Enjoy the convenience of using your own UPS or FEDEX account number. We ship using 3rd party whenever it is convenient for our client.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Shipments cannot be addressed to a Post Office Box.
Are shipping fees refundable?
If a problem should occur and a replacement is necessary, shipping fees and delivery costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement.

East Bay - Oakland, Emeryville, Alameda, Berkeley: $27.00 (was $22.00)
East Bay - Walnut Creek, Dublin, Danville, San Ramon, Concord, Alamo, Richmond: $52.00 (was $47.00)
Peninsula - South San Francisco, Daly City, Foster City, San Mateo, Burlingame: $29.00 (was $24.00)
San Jose - Cupertino, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Los Altos, Menlo Park , Palo Alto: $52.00 (was $47.00)

There is a two hour turn-around from the time we call the order in. Your gift basket will be delivered on the day of your request, no matter what.
